Elvira's journey began back in 1994 at ING Bank in Moscow. From there, she embarked on a path that ultimately led her to the world of recruitment in 2001, joining Penny Lane Consulting. It was here that Elvira showcased her extraordinary talent and leadership skills, building an incredibly successful and high-billing team of professionals, while also spearheading the development of new product lines. She played a pivotal role in hiring, coaching, and training over 20 junior consultants and researchers, leaving an indelible mark on their careers.

In 2005, Elvira faced an incredible opportunity that beckoned from a London-based recruitment boutique firm. Embracing the challenge, she spent the next five years constructing a comprehensive service platform for all front office functions. She didn't stop there though; Elvira also dedicated herself to developing wealth management, private banking, and even private equity within the firm.

Driven by her unwavering dedication to her clients and candidates, Elvira eventually took the bold step of founding TrustSearch. It was her boundless passion for solving problems and her exceptional ability to propel others' careers forward that compelled her to establish her own firm. TrustSearch was born out of the desire to always prioritize the best interests of those she serves.

As for Elvira's own journey, her career took shape in the banking industry in 1992. For nearly a decade, she immersed herself in global markets, working for esteemed institutions such as ING and Raiffeisen in Moscow. However, in 2001, Elvira made a courageous decision to embark on a new path in the realm of financial services executive search. She built her team from the ground up and, with her outstanding track record, received an irresistible offer to relocate to London. There, she played an instrumental role in establishing an emerging markets practice for one of the most prestigious boutique search firms in the city. For five exceptional years, Elvira's expertise illuminated the CEEMEA markets, strengthening relationships and facilitating opportunities for investment banking and capital markets.

In 2014, Elvira's determination led her to create her own boutique search firm. Expanding her coverage to include private banking, wealth management, and family offices, she quickly became a trusted advisor for major private banks in Zurich, Monaco, and Luxembourg. Over the years, Elvira has provided invaluable guidance and mentorship to numerous high-profile candidates, guiding them to success. Furthermore, she has introduced innovative product and service lines, such as market mapping, career consultancy, B2B introductions, and team placements.
