The service includes 3 stages. Our clients are free to stop after the mapping stage and use the information to make their own decisions. However, if you choose to continue with the process, our team will perform advanced searches and provide you with full CVs, interview notes, compensation, and performance information.
At the last stage, we can present an opportunity to a selected candidate and guide the client through the processes of negotiation and onboarding.
